Ciela Norma currently recruiting anSenior .Net Software Developer

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will participate in all software development activities such as research, design, develop and maintenance of the web-based system . This candidate will be responsible for performing complex development tasks involving a Firebird database and supporting dependent applications and maintenance efforts. Must be very detailed oriented with strong development and unit testing skills, and work to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data in multiple database environments. The candidate must have experience with C#, .NET, XML and Team Foundation Server (TFS).

The candidate must be able to work in a fast paced environment and must be very proactive in analyzing and solving production issues as well to be open to get knowledge in Bulgarian legislation and administrative procedures .

This person will provide guidance to less experienced developer personnel, and will interact frequently with subordinates and functional peer groups at various management levels.

The candidate must be a good communicator with an ability to communicate technical results to the team.

Key Skills:

v  At least 4+ years’ experience in analysis, design and development of Windows Forms, multi-tiered, enterprise applications;

v  Excellent software architecture and OO design skills;

v  Relational database – Firebird is an advantage;

v  FullText Search – Lucene is an advantage;

Other Requirements:

v  University Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems or equivalent.

v  Excellent analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer’s problems.

v  Exceptional customer support and communication skills.

v  Ability to make decisions and manage your time effectively to a delivery plan/schedule.

v  Ability to work independently, but also be part of a team

v  Desire and aptitude to learn new technologies.

v  Project management and methodology skills is Agile or Six Sigma a plus.

v  English language – working level.
